This is the name of an unplanned initiative that arose completely by accident. You already know that I am a real fan of all Lang Yarns mohair, well, one of the particularities of this fiber is its light nature and weight. Just like in the orders we do not use units of balls, but of weight and also in kg (a ball of mohair Lace is 0.025 gr). This, combined with the rush to place an order before picking up my kid from school… The question is that I needed to order 3 skeins of purple mohair (beautiful, by the way) and I got “a little bit” confused with the stitch, instead of ordering 0.075 gr I ordered 0.750 gr. This meant that I received 30 balls instead of 3. I also discovered there that no returns were permitted. A disastrous move. I’ll contnue telling you how my lilac mohair “mountain” got fixed. When I told the workshop about my blunder as a funny story, they all quickly started to say: “we could all make a sweater in the same color”, “it looks beautiful to me for such and such pattern”, “I want that other one”, and then my dear Ali (@alimaravillas), with her quick mind, suggested, “we can make it for Women’s Day”, because of the color, and I said, “I’ll make it cheaper for you”. And that’s how, little by little, we gave shape to #8demarzoandoliando. Soon, more “andolianders” joined in.

Our little women-to-be had a great time with the adorable Nata
Those of us who love knitting, besides getting a wonderful garment, what we really enjoy the most is the journey, just like on a bicycle trip. Although sometimes the incline gets really steep, the satisfaction of overcoming obstacles, and the pleasure of the leisurely activities that occupy our mind is something constructive and beautiful. At the end of the day, the goal is to be happy together and to enrich each and every one of us in our diversity. Oh! By the way, in the end I had to order even more lilac mohair, taking a lot of care with the decimal place, of course… I was immensely grateful for your time, girls!!!! ¡¡¡¡I LOVE YOU LOADS!!!!
