All product orders are subject to availability and, in this regard, if there are supply difficulties, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you may order. PAYMENT METHODS
The price of the products will be the one indicated on our website at any given time, unless there is a clear mistake.
The prices on the website include VAT, but no other taxes, fees or duties. Shipping costs are excluded and will be added to the total amount due.
Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Shipping Confirmation.

IMPORTANT: It is not necessary to have a PayPal account, the customer can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) without having to open a PayPal account. PayPal is the most reliable, secure and fast way to make online payments. Indeed, as PayPal is the one who makes the payments directly to our customers, Andoliando will not have access to the bank details of the latter. PayPal will send us the money and the necessary information to place the order.

DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Deliveries to post office boxes will not be accepted.
Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order and payment in our online store (provided the products are in stock).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and delivery of the order to the address indicated.
Please note that areas within the territory such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla do not belong to the EU customs territory, so shipments may be subject to taxes and/or customs duties. Shipments are made by courier service. Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other taxes, duties, fees or surcharges.
In the event that the order is returned to us because it has not been possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated within the deadlines stipulated by the courier company, the order will be sent again after receiving the payment of the shipping costs. All return costs for these reasons shall be borne by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
First of all, it is necessary to distinguish if the product is digital content: PATTERNS, ON-LINE COURSES, Etc. in which case it will not be possible to cancel the purchase for obvious reasons, since the customer has already had access to all the contents.
In case of physical products: WOOLS, KITS AND OTHER MATERIAL TYPE PRODUCTS, to make any return, please send an email to us at [email protected] indicating the order number and, if possible, the reason why you do not want to keep the product. We appreciate your feedback because it will help us to improve our service.
It is very important to note that in order to return a product, each and every one of the following requirements must be met:
- No more than 14 calendar days have passed since receipt of the product.
- That the articles are in perfect condition and with all their accessories. They must not be used or damaged.
- That the items retain all their original labels.
- That the items are returned in their complete original packaging.
Attach the invoice or a copy of the invoice in case of returning part of the order, the return costs shall be borne by the customer.
If after analyzing the product, we detect that it does not meet any of the requirements mentioned above, the return of the product will not be accepted, and therefore, the amount paid by the customer will not be refunded. If the return is denied, THE OWNER will send your product by courier at the same rate established for shipments, subject to payment by the customer.
Once we receive the merchandise and check its condition, we will refund the purchase amount. We will not accept exchanges or returns of used products or products that are not in their original packaging.
In the case of a defective product, you will be entitled to the replacement of the product with one in perfect condition. In this case, the return costs will be charged to Andoliando in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for the defense of Consumers and Users. You must notify us by e-mail as soon as possible and provide photographs for the correct assessment by Andoliando.
